WHAT IS COVERED?
Bullhide Belts will cover any defects in materials and workmanship on all products that they sell through their online web store.
FOR HOW LONG?
Three (3) years from the date the product was purchased online. We do not cover products sold by other vendors. Original purchaser must file the warranty claim. Warranty is non transferable if sold or gifted.
The warranty covers all products shipped within the United States. International orders are not covered due to high shipping rates and duties. All products are carefully inspected three separate times before they are shipped to you. Since our belts last approx. 10-30 years with normal use, our warranty is more to prove our quality.
WHAT WE WILL DO.
Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the product to us, we will repair any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use. We will replace an item if we are unable to repair it. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal for a real leather belt. If the belt is no longer available and can not be repaired, we will replace with the next closest product available. We can not warranty stiffness and straightness of leather products over time as they contour to your waist.
Velcro has a lifespan of 3,500 to 10,000 openings and closings. If your Velcro® starts to fail, you can send the belt back and we will replace the Velcro® once for free under the 3 year warranty policy. All other replacements will be at cost plus return shipping.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO.
We will not repair a product free of charge if it has been misused, damaged by an accident or if the product is not under warranty. This also includes damages stemming from acts of God, e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake or other catastrophic event, e.g., fire. Please note that any alteration to the product, unauthorized by Bullhide Belts, will void the warranty. This includes adding holes to the belt. We will only replace a product with the exact same style, color, and size as originally ordered. We are not able to replace a belt due to weight gain/loss. Lost screws, keepers, and buckles are not covered under warranty. Extra belt hardware is available at cost on our website if you lose a screw or buckle.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO.
The customer must pay to send the product back to us. Please contact us at (330) 433-9182 to get a Return Authorization Number to ship back your merchandise.
