We're bummed things didn't work out and you need to return your order. We offer a hassle free 30 days return period if you need to return your item(s) for a new size or refund. All items must be in new condition to return. Please use the form above or call us to receive an RA number. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Please try on all items and contact us immediately if they do not fit. Products that have been worn for long periods or marked up by holsters can not be returned. If your items condition is questionable please call us first before returning.
We offer a ONE TIME return of your items. If you need help figuring out the new size you need, please contact us or ask questions in the online return form.
Belt Sizing Exchanges
Returns for belt sizing (length) issues will be processed free of charge (no restocking fee) if the size is changed by two inches or more. We consider one inch a good fit and can not waive the costs to remake a custom item by only one inch. Exchanges other than length issues, please see the refunds section and you would reorder the new item online. Clearance page items are heavily discounted so returns on clearance items will be processed as a refund (see refunds section below).
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card) will require a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. This fee covers all of our cost including shipping and handling. Upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable (Priority or FedEx). Extra belt hardware is non returnable.

Please return your items to the address below. All items must be in new re-sellable condition. Please write your RA# on the outside of the package. This number tells us the package is from you and how to process it. If you do not have an RA number yet please click the return link above or call us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We may use any shipping method you like but we recommend getting tracking on the package. Insurance and signature confirmation is not necessary unless you feel it to be. Shipping is non refundable.
Packages returned without an RA number, items that are not in new condition, or packages that are past the return policy will be returned at the customers expense.
Please ship your items in a box or padded envelope. Please coil up the belt like it was shipped to you so the buckle is not touching the face of the belt. Place it in a plastic or zip style bag so its protected. Please do not use tape or bands around the belt as those could damage the belt. If you removed the buckle, please reattach all hardware as you originally received it.
Processing your return
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return. Exchanges are processed quickly once received and added to our work order to be remade. Your new order will be shipped free by USPS standard delivery.
We triple check all items before they are shipped out but if you receive a defective product, please contact us so we can replace it for you.
Due to high shipping rates, we can not offer free returns or exchanges on orders shipped to Canada. You may return your item(s) less a 15% restocking fee on the product price paid. The $19.99 flat shipping costs is non refundable. For example, if you paid $80 for the product and $19.99 for shipping, you will receive a $68 refund ($80 - 15%).

To ensure your recipient will love your holiday gifts, items shipped from Bullhide Belts online store between November 1 and December 15 will be eligible for extended holiday returns. Qualifying items from these orders can be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2017. All standard restrictions and terms still apply to returns and exchanges made during this period.
