HOLIDAY GIFTS: We have extended our return policy for gifts to help customers order sooner to ensure they receive their packages in time. Orders placed in October, November, or December 2021 may be returned in new condition on or before January 31, 2022. We have been told by many shipping carriers to expect major delays in December so please order now to ensure you receive your items in time. Last minute shopping is not a good idea this year with the labor and supply chain delays nationwide.
We're bummed things didn't work out and you need to return your order. We offer a 30 days return period if you need to return your item(s) for a new size, store credit, or refund to your credit card. All items must be in new condition to return. An easy to use return form is included in your package to setup the return. All directions are on this form.
Our return policy is similar to eBay and other websites. Main bullet points are:
Please email us if you did not receive a return form in your package. A completed return form is required to process your return. Email us if you do not have your order number for the return. This can normally be found in your email confirmaitons. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately your order is non returnable. We close out orders after 30 days like most online retailers. Items returned in used condition will be returned at buyers expense.
Please try on all items and contact us immediately if they do not fit. Products that have been worn for long periods or marked up by holsters can not be returned. If your items condition is questionable please call us first before returning. Extra belt hardware is non returnable since they are sold at cost.
We offer a ONE TIME return of your items. If you need help calculating your size, please contact us or ask questions before ordering. Use your new belt as a reference point for the new size.
Our belt sizing directions work 99.5% of the time but if you have a sizing issue we offer a one time sizing exchange. Simply return the item with the included return form in your package and we will remake the new size belt and ship it to you free. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We stock even sizes only.

Sometimes the item you receive just doesn't meet your needs or is a different color then you thought. In this situation its best to do a store credit so you can reorder something else on our site. We are happy to speak to you and help you choose an item that will best fit your needs. Click the contact us link on the top bar to reach us.
Simply return your item to us using the return form included in your package and we will email you a gift card number to use on our store. This gift card can be gifted to a friend or used any time you would like.
The gift card amount is what you paid less $5 to cover our original shipping. Upgraded Priority Mail / Fedex shipping charges are non-refundable if you chose to rush your original order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Store credits are non refundable.
If you would like to return your items for a refund, there is a small 15% "restocking fee" to cover our labor and shipping costs (shipping the original package to you). This amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card. This fee covers all of our cost including shipping and handling (labor to pull and ship the package), and cleaning/conditioning the leather to resell if necessary. Upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable (Priority Mail upgrade). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please return your items to the address listed on the return form. All items must be in new re-sellable condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We may use any shipping method you like but we recommend getting tracking on the package. Insurance and signature confirmation is not necessary unless you feel it to be. Shipping is non refundable. We cover the cost to remake and reship the new size belt if you are exchanging for size. Never do a "Return to Sender" as this could get lost in the mail and take months for us to receive back.
Packages returned without a return form, items that are not in new condition, or packages that are past the return policy will be returned at the customers expense.
Please ship your items in a box or padded envelope. You can reuse the same packaging if it's not torn up. Please coil up the belt like it was shipped to you so the buckle is not touching the front of the belt. Place it in a plastic or zip style bag so its protected. Please do not use tape or bands around the belt as those could damage the belt! If you removed the buckle, please reattach all hardware as you originally received it.
We normally process returns the next business day. Our return facility will ship out the new belt once its process (you will not receive an email confirmation so please check your tracking to see when we received it). Refunds and store credits are processed within 1-2 business days.
Your new order will be shipped free by USPS standard delivery. If you asked for a store credit, a long coupon code will be emailed to you once your return has been processed. You would enter this code during checkout on the page you enter your shipping address.
We triple check all items before they are shipped out but if you receive a defective product, please contact us so we can replace it for you.
Due to high shipping rates, we do not offer free returns on orders shipped to Canada but do offer refunds less S&H.
Refund: You may return the items for a refund less $5 per item returned. Original shipping costs is non refundable. For example, if you paid $80 for the product and $23.99 for shipping, you will receive a $75 refund ($80 - $5). You may also opt for a store credit if you would like.
