WHAT IS COVERED?
Bullhide Belts will cover any defects in materials, construction or workmanship
on all products that they sell.
FOR HOW LONG?
Three (3) years from the date the product was purchased online. We do not cover
products sold by other vendors.
WHAT WE WILL DO.
Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the product to us, we will
repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or
workmanship under normal use. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor
imperfections and slight color variations are normal for a real leather belt.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO.
We will not repair a product free of charge if it has been misused, damaged by
an accident or if the product is not under warranty. This also includes damages
stemming from acts of God, e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake or other
catastrophic event, e.g., fire. Please note that any alteration to the product,
unauthorized by Bullhide Belts, will void the warranty. We will only replace a
product with the exact same style, color, and size as originally ordered.
We are not able to replace a belt due to weight gain/loss. Extra belt hardware
is available at cost on our website if you lose a screw or buckle.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO.
The customer must pay to send the product back to us. Please contact us at (330)
433-9182 to get a Return Authorization Number to ship back your merchandise.

WHAT IS COVERED?
Bullhide Belts will cover any defects in materials, construction or workmanship.
With normal wear and tear, if the SuperBIOTM
material ever breaks, cracks,
peels, stretches, discolors, or just plain wears out, contact us for a FREE
replacement!
FOR HOW LONG?
The
SuperBIOTM
material is covered with a lifetime warranty and only covers the person
who purchased the belt originally. The original purchaser on the order must file
the claim. We do not cover
products sold by other vendors.
