Built from BioThane - a high strength man-made material consisting of a super strong internal polyester webbing with a super tough thermoplastic polyurethane leather-like textured coating that makes it durable, waterproof, easy to clean and stronger than natural leather. If you work around water, oil, chemicals, and other harsh environments this belt will not absorb them and will outlast all other belts. It also exhibits inherent resistance to salt water (sweat), stress cracking, hydrolysis and the attack of fungi. BioThane is a proven tested material and is used by NASA and the US government for military and space programs. This belt is also in compliance with FDA skin-sensitivity requirements. It has a 6000 PSI high tensile strength but is still flexible in all temperatures and does not crease but holds it shape.

This belt is actually very comfortable and can be used for concealed carry plus it wipes clean with soap and water. The belt does not look like plastic and actually looks like leather from a distance. Even though it is a stiff material it is still pliable and conforms to your waist quite well.
