Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us first before sending back merchandise! Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.

We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our products with a money-back guarantee. You will need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your product to arrange for an exchange or refund. After that time frame, your custom made merchandise is non-returnable. Extra belt hardware is sold as non-returnable as explained on our extra belt hardware page. Simply call Customer Service center at 330-594-7320 or email us to get your Return Authorization number.

Although our measuring directions work 99.9% of the time, we will exchange your belt or holster for a larger or smaller size within 10 days of you receiving it without charging you a restocking fee. You will need to change your belt size by at least 2 inches in order to return it without a restocking fee.  If you need to change your belt size by one inch, your belt fits.

If you are exchanging your belt or holster for any other reason (different style, color, width, hardware) or you just want a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover our original shipping costs and the cost to sell your custom made merchandise.

Reason for the Restocking Fee: The magic behind our company is the ability to custom make your order the moment it is received and ship it out in a timely manner.  Since we do not have to pay inventory costs, this allows us to offer our belts at 20% off retail prices.  When a belt is returned to us, we must discount that belt and sell it below cost to move it out of our inventory. Most companies that sell custom made belts do not accept returns but we want to make sure you have the option to return your belt for any reason. The restocking fee covers our original S&H costs and the costs to restock/resell your items.

Your belt must be in NEW unworn, unused condition in order to return or exchange it.  We can not accept belts back that are bent, creased, scratched, or show wear marks. All belts are inspected before they are shipped. 

Once you receive your RA number, you are put on our return list and have 2 weeks to get your items back to us.  After 2 weeks we are unable to accept your return.  If you decide to keep your items, please let us know so we can remove you from our return list.
